Around the Role

We at HABIT - Haus der Barmherzigkeit Inklusionsteam support children, young people, and adults with complex disabilities and high support needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic support to individuals with high support needs in daily routines.
  • Create individual work environments and structured development spaces.
  • Assist in all aspects of daily life, care, and leisure activities.
  • Strengthen personal competencies and self-determination.
  • Carry out user-specific documentation and joint goal development.
  • Implement our concepts such as supported communication, kinesthetic therapy, and doable everyday life.

Requirements

  • An accredited educational (including UBV training) and/or caregiving background such as vocational school, social care assistant, social pedagogy (including UBV training), diploma in health and nursing care.
  • Experience in caring for individuals with disabilities.
  • An enthusiasm for people in all their diversity and uniqueness.

  • Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (no night shifts and holidays).
  • Full credit of all pre-service hours for fair compensation based on long-term experience in the social sector.

Pay and Schedule

Based on the number of working hours and your pre-service hours, the actual remuneration is determined. These are fully credited.
