We at HABIT - Haus der Barmherzigkeit Inklusionsteam support children, young people, and adults with complex disabilities and high support needs. Responsibilities
- Provide holistic support to individuals with high support needs in daily routines.
- Create individual work environments and structured development spaces.
- Assist in all aspects of daily life, care, and leisure activities.
- Strengthen personal competencies and self-determination.
- Carry out user-specific documentation and joint goal development.
- Implement our concepts such as supported communication, kinesthetic therapy, and doable everyday life.
Requirements
- An accredited educational (including UBV training) and/or caregiving background such as vocational school, social care assistant, social pedagogy (including UBV training), diploma in health and nursing care.
- Experience in caring for individuals with disabilities.
- An enthusiasm for people in all their diversity and uniqueness.

- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (no night shifts and holidays).
- Full credit of all pre-service hours for fair compensation based on long-term experience in the social sector.

Pay and Schedule
Based on the number of working hours and your pre-service hours, the actual remuneration is determined. These are fully credited.
