About the role
This high-performing secondary school in Brent is seeking a Psychology or Criminology graduate to join as a Behaviour Support Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in a high-performing school with clear expectations, strong routines and a commitment to excellent outcomes.
- Work closely with students who need help managing emotions, behaviour, confidence, social interaction and engagement in lessons.
- Gain valuable experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, behaviour barriers and wider pastoral challenges.
Requirements
- Calm, resilient, patient and confident setting professional boundaries.
- Ideal for a Psychology or Criminology graduate with strong academics and a genuine interest in behaviour, SEN, safeguarding and child development.
- Essential requirements: 2:1 degree or above, strong GCSEs, full-time availability and commitment for the academic year.
