Responsibilities
- Learn and remotely deliver interventions in accordance with investigator direction and study methodology, and within reliability standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain therapeutic rapport with study participants while maintaining integrity of study interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on the study team and as indicated, with members of interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Work closely with prime and sub-award PI to provide supervision of interventions.
- Able to lead and participate in monthly study team meetings.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience required.
- Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
- Strong communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Military background or experience working with the military.
- Experience working in traumatic brain injury/traumatic brain injury rehab/behavioral health setting.
Work Environment
- This is a part-time position supporting up to 19 hours per week, 100% remote.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.33-$28.46. Actual hourly pay will be determined based on experience, education, etc.
