Responsibilities
- Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement
- Aid the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions
- Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals
- Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences
- Offer assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments
- Aid in the administration of prescribed medications, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- MAP certification required
Schedule
Sunday-Thursday, 8am-4pm (40 hrs)
Tuesday-Friday, 3pm-11pm, Saturday 1pm-9am
Sunday 9am-9pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-9pm (40 hours)
Pay
Hourly Rate: $21.50 USD - $21.50 USD
