Job Overview
The Behavior Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services for identified individuals using principles of applied behavior analysis and other evidence-based strategies. Primary duties include conducting behavioral assessments (functional behavior assessments and analyses), providing hands-on intensive skills training, and staff consultation and training within a residential and school setting.
About the Role
This is an in-person position, working either 4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days. The position requires one weekend day per month, as well as one evening until 8pm per month.
Qualifications
- Master’s with BCBA credentials highly preferred
- Minimally a bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, or other related field (additional RBT or BCaBA certification preferred)
- Experience working with older children/ young adults with autism and challenging behaviors is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in large teams
- Must be flexible, open-minded and organized

Pay
Salary Range: $53,000 - $115,000 (Based on experience, certification & education)
