About the role
Join our team as a Behavioral Specialist and assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in their home and community life. You will help ensure the residential home environment values respect, dignity, and privacy while supporting individuals in making informed decisions about their finances, well-being, relationships, and employment. Your role will involve assisting with daily needs and ensuring all activities reflect the choices of those you support.
Responsibilities
- Partner with individuals to make informed decisions about their finances, well-being, relationships, and employment.
- Assist individuals with daily needs and ensure activities reflect their personal choices.
- Foster an environment of respect, dignity, and privacy in the residential home.
- Support community inclusion and participation for individuals.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion.
- Acceptable CORI and fingerprinting results.
- Negative drug screen.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
Pay
Hourly rate starts at $23.25–$24.25, depending on MAP certification.
Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available.
