Behavioral Neurologist
About the role
As our Behavioral Neurologist, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Tacoma, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of general neurology disorders, making a significant impact on their lives and families. Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
- Behavioral Neurology fellowship training required
- Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
Work environment
Full-time (1.0FTE) position based at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA, a 386 bed Level III trauma center. The new provider will work closely with our team of Neuroscience physicians in a collaborative practice model to provide excellent patient centered care. This is an outpatient only practice with a 4 or 4.5 day workweek depending on preference. There is no overnight, weekend or holiday call.

Pay
$360,667 - $433,239 /year
