BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the clinical lead for behavioral supports within assigned programs.
• Directly improve quality of life outcomes for people served.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop and Revise Behavior Support Plans
• Provide hands-on coaching and modeling to DSPs and program leads
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates who meet ONE of the following:
• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related clinical field.
• BCBA Certification
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW)
• NYS License in Mental Health Counseling
• Other Requirements: Valid Driver’s license that meets agency policy
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred
