We need to map to sections: About the role (purpose), Responsibilities (essential functions maybe), Requirements (leadership core competency, physical/cognitive requirements?), Qualifications (education, certification, experience), Skills (maybe proficiency in Microsoft Word etc), Benefits (none given), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule given, we should not include those sections. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (purpose), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (leadership core competency + physical/cognitive?), Qualifications (education etc), Skills (maybe proficiency in Microsoft Word etc). However the instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose any of those headings that have real content. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting. We can combine some sections: For example, Qualifications includes education, certification, experience, knowledge, abilities. Requirements includes leadership core competency and physical/cognitive requirements. Skills could be proficiency in Microsoft Word etc. But we must not duplicate content. We need to decide a logical split. Better: Use sections: About the role (purpose paragraph). Responsibilities (essential functions list). Requirements (leadership core competency + physical/cognitive requirements). Qualifications (education, certification, experience, knowledge, abilities). Skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, EMR, driver's license, etc). That covers all. Check if any content left out: The "Flexibility of schedule to meet job duties/individual needs." is under Qualifications originally; we could put that under Skills or Requirements? It's more of an ability; maybe under Qualifications as "Flexibility of schedule". But we already used Qualifications for education etc. Could add it there. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we will not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now produce HTML fragment:
