Job Schedule
Monday-Friday
Hours: 8-4:30pm
Pay Range
Varies based on licensure. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
Licensure: Current Minnesota license as LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC; LGSW under clinical supervision will be considered.
Experience: Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families preferred. School-based and outpatient experience is beneficial.
Skills
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
