About the role

We are growing and seeking a licensed therapist with training and interest in general outpatient psychotherapy with children & adolescents. The ideal therapist will be comfortable with individual, group, and family therapy modalities, utilizing an evidence-based approach to treating a wide range of presenting problems in children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

  • Work with physician colleagues from across the hospital system and integrated care
  • Involvement in collaboration groups and ongoing training
  • Provide outreach services as part of your role in the system
  • Teach students, residents, fellows or clinical staff
  • Offer care through in-person and tele-health modalities
  • Work from home or have flexible hours (evening or weekend)

Requirements

  • Completed an accredited program
  • Eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
  • Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with individual, group, and family therapy modalities
  • Utilize an evidence-based approach to treating a wide range of presenting problems in children and adolescents

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
