Responsibilities
- Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and psychosocial status.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the patient’s specific disorder or disability.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to align on treatment goals and patient progress.
- Lead or participate in care conferences, providing expert insights based on assessments and clinical updates.
Requirements
- Master's degree required.
- One or more of the following licensures/certifications from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation:
- Clinical Counselor
- Counselor
- Social Worker
- Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family
Qualifications
- Master's Degree/LSW or LPC required.
- Experience with chemical dependency preferred.
- CADC certification preferred.
- Ability to create treatment plans, provide individual, family, and group therapy.

Pay
Salary range: $30.46 - $44.55 per hour

- 4 ten-hour shifts and every third weekend
