Behavioral Health Technician (Overnights)

Our programs blend medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach, grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents. We use a multidisciplinary team approach, integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care. We are seeking a per diem (PRN) Behavioral Health Technician for overnight shifts (6p-6a).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care, including basic monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.
• Monitor meals, offer support, and redirect patients with eating disorders.
• Support therapy activities in topic groups, including art, recreation, meditation, and guided imagery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• Must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card within the specified timeframe.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (in accordance with Dept. of Health Services R9-20-204).
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (driving is a job requirement).
• Experience in behavioral and/or mental health preferred.
• Eating disorder knowledge is a plus.
