Available Full-Time Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m.An additional $2.00 per hour shift differential is paid for all overnight hours worked Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulationAssist with behavioral interventions and crisis management while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clientsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses, to implement individualized treatment plansParticipate in activities such as recreation therapy, educational programs, and community outings to promote client engagement and socializationMaintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and services provided Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field, such as psychology or social work, preferredAbility to work Thursday–Saturday from 9:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m., including holidays as scheduledStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience working in a mental or behavioral health environment preferredExperience with the 12-Step program requiredMust have an acceptable driving record and successfully complete a background check What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work–life balance.
