Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team as a Patient-Centered Technician in Westlake, OH. Deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers while growing your skills and connecting with patients.

About the role

Primarily based in our Westlake center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer psychiatric rating scales.
• Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
• Maintain accurate Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
• Strong clinical interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
• Preferred: At least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).
