Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers across the San Diego area. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients.
About the role
Primarily based in our Carlsbad or Mission Valley center, this role may require coverage at other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
- Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
- Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency by assisting with insurance and billing processes as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
- Substantial relevant work experience, preferably in patient or customer-facing roles.
- Stable and consistent work history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
- Reliable transportation to travel between centers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
- At least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Pay
$36,000 - $45,000 USD per year (US National).
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm. Exact shift times may vary, and consistent availability during these hours is required.
