Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)
About the Role
Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician supporting our Fairfax, VA clinic. This role involves delivering life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in a welcoming outpatient setting. You’ll grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect deeply with patients while working full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
- Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer/record psychiatric rating scales.
- Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency, including assisting with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Provide backup coverage in other regional centers as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field, plus at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).

Schedule
