Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)
About the Role
Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician supporting our Reston, VA clinic. This role involves delivering life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in a welcoming outpatient setting. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect meaningfully with patients.
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday. While exact shift times may vary, consistent availability during these hours is required. Occasional backup coverage at other regional centers is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
- Meticulously monitor patient responses and address discomfort proactively.
- Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
- Deliver empathetic, supportive care while maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency, including insurance and billing processes as needed.
Requirements
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field, plus at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Pay
Starting at $22.00/hour, with compensation determined based on education and experience.
