Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team as a Patient-Centered Technician in Fairlawn, OH. Deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers while growing your skills and connecting with patients.

About the role

Primarily based in our Fairlawn center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
• Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
• Maintain accurate Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency by assisting with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field (preferred).
• At least one year of healthcare work experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
• Strong clinical interviewing skills and knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
