Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
  • Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
  • Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field (preferred).
  • At least one year of healthcare work experience (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong clinical interviewing skills and knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
