About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in a diversion bed program. Assist with daily living activities and monitor patients' progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication management
- Monitor patient safety and well-being
- Document patient interactions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of mental health disorders
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
