Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County. Responsibilities
- Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
- Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
- Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength-based and family-centered way
- Performing other duties related to the position
Qualifications
We are looking for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) teammates that have: A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions.
Education & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record
- Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
- Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
Compensation
$20/hr to $23/hr
