About the role

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Adolescent BHRF position at Sanctuary Recovery Centers is dedicated to providing support and care to adolescents in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for adolescents.
• Provide direct care services including medication management, crisis intervention, and behavior management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each adolescent client.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Conduct daily assessments and document client progress in accordance with established protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with adolescents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of adolescent development and mental health disorders.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
