Behavioral Health Technician

Role: Behavioral Health Technician Responsibilities: Monitor patient safety, document behaviors, assist with daily living activities, support or lead therapeutic groups, and reinforce treatment plans under supervision. De-escalate crises using trauma-informed techniques, maintain a secure and clean environment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
