Behavioral Health Technician
About the role
CCRN is seeking a Full time - Behavioral Health Technician to join their caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a (BHT), you will provide community-based behavioral support to a unique group of individuals across all settings in Chester County, PA.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to participants with special needs across all settings
- Maintain positive relationships with members of the participant’s clinical team
- Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Adhere to CCRN documentation standards
- Complete detailed written progress notes of each IBHS service session
Requirements
- Credentialing Requirements: Must meet one of the following:
- BCaBA certification
- RBT certification
- Behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification from an NCCA or ANSI-accredited organization
- High school diploma or equivalent and completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health services
- Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Health related field and 3 years of direct care experience
- Certified Registered Behavioral Technician (CRT) certification
- Prior to employment, candidates must have:
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test

Pay
Up to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
