About the Role

Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician in Anchorage, AK. Deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients.

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
  • Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer psychiatric rating scales.
  • Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency, including insurance and billing processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong clinical interviewing skills and knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).

  • Patient-centered professional with strong integrity, work ethic, and ability to provide professional feedback.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, organized, and consistently accurate, even with high workloads.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.
