Responsibilities
- Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teens as they arise
- Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere
- Communicate important observations and updates to the Program Director
- With an empathetic heart, encourage teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications
Qualifications
- Age: 21+ years of age or older
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Human Services, or minimum of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations, preferred
