Provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team. Supervise and facilitate daily milieu of programs/services as assigned, including assisting with activities of daily living skills, facilitating educational and community/recovery groups, and activity therapy. Read and implement a client’s treatment plan. Provide clients with positive cues and redirection.

Schedule

  • Shift: Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday
  • Hours to be determined

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

This is a Safety Sensitive Position. Pursuant to the AZ Drug Testing of Employees Act ARS 23-493, COPE Community Services, Inc. has determined this is a safety sensitive position. Qualifications

Starting pay: $17.50/hour

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, no experience necessary
  • Associate degree plus one (1) year of behavioral health work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience
