Behavioral Health Technician
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role and mission. Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
- Responsibilities: the "How You'll Contribute" list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe "What We're Looking For" includes education, CPR, CPI, critical thinking, etc. That's requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could separate but we can combine. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could have "Requirements" covering education, certifications, skills.
- Benefits: the list under "Why join us" includes benefits.
- Schedule: the schedule line.
- Pay: not specified, so omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEOC statement, etc. Also remove navigation etc. We'll keep substantive content.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact text? Probably we can keep the content but format as HTML lists/paragraphs. Must not omit details.
Let's extract sections:
Intro: "Your Experience Matters Carrollton Springs is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. We could split into About the role (first paragraph) and maybe "More About Our Team" could be part of About the role or separate? But we can combine.
Responsibilities: list from "How You'll Contribute A Behavioral Health Technician who excels in this role:" then bullet list of duties. We'll capture each sentence as list item.
Requirements: from "What We're Looking For Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment prior to any patient contact". Also schedule? Actually schedule separate.
We could also include "Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a)" as separate section.
Benefits: from "Why join us People are our passion and purpose. Come work where you are appreciated for who you are not just what you can do. We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care. In Addition To Your Base Compensation, This Position Also Offers Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time and part-time employees.Financial Protection & PTO: Life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid family leave and paid time off.Financial & Career Growth: Higher education and certification tuition assistance, loan assistance and 401(k) retirement package and company match.Employee Well-being: Mental, physical, and financial wellness programs (free gym memberships, virtual care appointments, mental health services and discount programs).Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities."
We need to keep that content.
"More About Carrollton Springs" maybe could be "About the facility" but not in allowed headings list. Could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it unless it's boilerplate. This is substantive about location, programs. We could put it under a heading like "About the facility" but not in allowed list. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. "More About Carrollton Springs" could be part of "About the role" or maybe "About the facility" not allowed; we could incorporate into "About the role" as additional description.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications? But we have Requirements covering education and certifications; we could also have Qualifications for skills like critical thinking etc. But to avoid thin sections, we can combine.
Let's decide:
- About the role: intro + More About Our Team + More About Carrollton Springs (location, programs). We'll combine all descriptive paragraphs about the organization and role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from How You'll Contribute.
- Requirements: includes critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, stressful environment, education, CPR, CPI.
- Benefits: list from Why join us.
- Schedule: the schedule line.
We must not include headings with empty content.
Now format:
