One Path Mental Health is a six-bed adult residential mental health home a few blocks from the beach in Cardiff. Small team, calm house, real training. Our mission: treat clients with dignity, and train our techs so well they become the best in the industry.

Schedule

Monday–Wednesday, 30 hours/week, bi-weekly pay by direct deposit. Pick the shift that fits your life:

• Day/Evening: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Swing: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Overnight (NOC): 11:30 PM – 10:00 AM

Each shift is 10 worked hours plus a 30-minute meal break.

Pay

$18–$20/hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Support 6 adult clients in their daily routines
• Run one group a day
• Perform wellness checks
• Help with meals and outings
• Chart in our EHR (training provided)
• Overnights: regular rounds, med counts, and keeping the house safe and quiet

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Experience in behavioral health, caregiving, or recovery settings a plus — we will train the right person from zero
• Reliable, warm, calm under pressure
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance (Live Scan), TB test, and CPR/First Aid (training provided)
• Driver's license a plus (client outings)
