About the role
Provide compassionate care to patients in a behavioral health setting. Assist with daily activities and monitor patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and medication management
- Monitor patients for signs of distress and report to supervisors
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans
- Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification
