About the role
Clarvidais hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
- Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development
- Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and auto insurance
- Able to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
- CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training

Skills
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Experience working with individuals with emotional or behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
