About the role

As a Direct Care Provider, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, related documentation, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential environment. You will contribute to and help create a recovery-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide screening, assessment, and treatment planning
  • Deliver life skills and pre-vocational training
  • Complete related documentation
  • Perform case management
  • Conduct crisis intervention
  • Facilitate individual and/or group counseling services
  • Contribute to a recovery-based environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 22
  • High School Diploma/GED and six months of full-time Behavioral Health experience or integrated health experience; OR
  • Related Associate’s degree and six weeks of full-time Behavioral Health/integrated health experience; OR
  • Non-related Associate's degree and one year of full-time behavioral health/integrated health experience; OR
  • Related bachelor’s degree; OR
  • Non-related bachelor's degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health
  • MVR clearance required
  • Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligibility to receive upon hire

Schedule

Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM (shift differential offered)
