Behavioral Health Tech - Day Shift

About the role

The Maryland Heights Center for Behavioral Health is seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support the delivery of high-quality psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) and healthcare providers in providing psychiatric care
• Engage directly with patients and assist with their needs
• Participate in individual and group activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient environment
• Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health
• Conduct therapeutic groups for adult and geriatric patients

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification (preferred but not required)
• BLS certification (required)
• One year experience in behavioral health (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
