Responsibilities
- Provide direct care services to clients under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and medication management.
- Document client interactions and progress in accordance with agency policies.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
