Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) & Driver
Key Responsibilities
- Aid with client intake and onboarding processes
- Observe and document self-administration of medication (as applicable)
- Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Maintain records of client behavior and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meals and environment upkeep
- Safely transport clients to appointments, meetings, and community activities
- Supervise and support clients during transport
- Maintain schedules and ensure timely arrivals
- Document all required transportation and service information
- Coordinate and assist with client activities and programming
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured residential environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare preferred
- Experience in customer service, transportation, or caregiving roles is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (required or willing to obtain)

Hiring 2nd & 3rd Shift only at this time. $15/hr (+ shift differential)
