Behavioral Health Tech

Summary

Aid unit leadership in assessing patients' functioning and developing/implementing treatment plans based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to patients, including daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by the RN.
• Communicate effectively with patients and ensure they have access to necessary services.
• Participate in the development of a comprehensive treatment plan, considering patient needs and preferences.
• Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete documentation of patient responses to treatment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or human services.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience in a related field.
• Strong communication skills.

Education

• Licenses/Certifications preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

Pay

• Range: $17.85 - $20.00 per hour.

• Hours per week: 36
• Schedule: Over Nights, 12 hour shifts, 7AM-7PM
