Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, primarily those tasks requiring less technical nursing skills, under the direction of a Behavioral Health Specialist or registered nurse.
- Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients with behavioral health conditions including substance use, PTSD, suicidal or homicidal ideation, mental instability, and trauma.
- Observes and documents patient mood, behavior, and interactions; completes rounds and precautionary checks; reports concerns to nursing staff.
- Aids patients with activities of daily living and performs delegated care tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.
- Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well-stocked patient care environment.
Qualifications
- Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g., CNA, MA, military medical training, NA, NT, nursing student who has completed skills labs or has at least 6 months experience in direct patient care).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- BLS Required at the time of Hire.

Pay
Pay Range: Minimum Offer $16.37, Maximum Offer $24.89
Schedule
Work Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America)
