About the role
Bremeron, WA - Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist (Clinical Care Coordinator) to join our innovative team. Our services are provided in the community, focusing on safety, stabilization, and family support.
Responsibilities
- Assess for immediate safety and stabilization needs
- Treatment plan development and safety/crisis planning
- Facilitating child and family team meetings
- On-going assessment and evaluation of treatment planning
- Engaging families with compassion and support
- Providing crisis response and stabilization services
- Preparing families for next steps in intervention
- Customizing helping approaches to family's needs
- Consulting with supervisors and mental health specialists
- Maintaining productivity and accurate documentation
- Providing and facilitating various therapeutic responses
- Modifying intervention techniques based on situation
- Facilitating foster care placement and ongoing services
- Participating in on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Experience serving children and families (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to visually assess safety in community and homes
- Potential for flexible schedule
- Pass required background checks
- Supports CCS and CHS mission and values
- Culturally competent service delivery

- Starting base pay range: $34.39 - $38.25 per hour
