About the role

Bremeron, WA - Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist (Clinical Care Coordinator) to join our innovative team. Our services are provided in the community, focusing on safety, stabilization, and family support.

Responsibilities

  • Assess for immediate safety and stabilization needs
  • Treatment plan development and safety/crisis planning
  • Facilitating child and family team meetings
  • On-going assessment and evaluation of treatment planning
  • Engaging families with compassion and support
  • Providing crisis response and stabilization services
  • Preparing families for next steps in intervention
  • Customizing helping approaches to family's needs
  • Consulting with supervisors and mental health specialists
  • Maintaining productivity and accurate documentation
  • Providing and facilitating various therapeutic responses
  • Modifying intervention techniques based on situation
  • Facilitating foster care placement and ongoing services
  • Participating in on-call rotation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • Experience serving children and families (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to visually assess safety in community and homes
  • Potential for flexible schedule
  • Pass required background checks
  • Supports CCS and CHS mission and values
  • Culturally competent service delivery
