Behavioral Health Social Worker - Partial Hospital

Shift: Full-Time, Days
Facility: Mercy Medical Center
Location: Aurora, IL

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling
• Information and referral services
• Referrals for financial assistance and supportive services
• Case management & milieu management
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Aid in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans
• Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate discharge planning
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or related field, preferred
• Current registration as an intern with the Board, as appropriate to education and licensing requirements
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
• Minimum one (1) year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience preferred

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $28.42 to $41.17. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
