Behavioral Health Skills Trainer

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to join our team. This is a full-time position.

About the role

The Behavioral Health Skills Trainer will provide training and support to clients on various behavioral health skills and techniques. They will also assist in developing and implementing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group training sessions on behavioral health skills
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Support clients in applying learned skills to their daily lives
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and client progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

The Behavioral Health Skills Trainer will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
