What You’ll Do

  • Assess and evaluate nursing/medical needs of patients
  • Initiate and direct implementation of the nursing care plan
  • Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior and condition
  • Administer medications and treatment as ordered by the physician
  • Absorb physical examinations
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Direct delivery of and evaluate psychiatric/nursing care of patients delivered by professional and nonprofessional staff
  • Serve as an interdisciplinary treatment team member

Qualifications

  • Requires current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code

Benefits

  • Pay Range: 13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule
  • Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked from 3:00 pm - 7:00 am
  • Retention Supplement: Additional $3.60 per hour for hours worked from 3:00 - 7:00 am
  • Additional Hourly Retention Supplements Available for Education and Certifications
  • Longevity Supplement: 5 years of service
  • Service Supplement: 2% at 12-24 months; 4% at 25-48 months; and 5% at 49 plus months

Additional Salary / Appointment Information

  • Additional $3.24 per hour retention supplement for 72-hour float position
