About the role
The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. They delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. They demonstrate professional accountability and development. The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
- Completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience as a licensed RN
Skills
- Proficiency in the nursing process
- Effective delegation skills
- Ability to provide preceptor and charge nurse roles
