About the role

The Clinical Nurse II at St Joseph's Hospital North - Behavioral Health in Lutz, FL is responsible for independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards. They delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team and demonstrate professional accountability and development.

Responsibilities

• Independently cares for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Demonstrates professional accountability and development
• Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
• RN (Registered Nurse) Certification Required
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing Education Preferred
• Bachelor's in Nursing Education Preferred
• 2 years' experience as a licensed RN
• Completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 2 years' experience as a licensed RN
