Behavioral Health Provider (BHP)

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD / PsyD)
• Current Oregon and Washington Clinical License or ability to obtain license within two years of hire.
• (Pre Independent License)
• One year of experience in public health, healthcare, mental health, substance use, or social work.
• Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) or ability to obtain certification within two years of hire.
• Basic knowledge of psychopharmacological interventions for behavioral health treatments.
• Desire to deliver high quality services to a diverse multicultural community.
• Proficient in DSM-V diagnosis and evidenced based treatment of mental health and substance use disorders.
• Experience providing integrated mental health and ASAM-PPC 2R assessments.
• Experience with crisis intervention, stabilization, and referral.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience working with marginalized, high-risk, or otherwise underserved populations.
• Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Compensation

Salaried/Exempt: $70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience and licensure level.

Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
