We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Commitment to Citizen Service (maybe part of About the role?), Position Summary, Essential Functions, Non-Essential Functions, Equipment, Position Requirements, Indian Preference, Physical Requirements, Work environment, Opportunities for Telehealth Work, Local travel, Competencies. We need to map these to headings: About the role (maybe includes Commitment to Citizen Service and Position Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Position Requirements). Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine). Skills (Competencies). Benefits (maybe none? Not explicit). Pay (none). Schedule (none). So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Possibly also Qualifications? But we can treat Requirements as qualifications. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Possibly also Qualifications if distinct; but we can merge. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: Commitment to Citizen Service is part of About the role. We'll include that as prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from Position Summary, Essential Functions list, Non-Essential Functions maybe not required? It's not essential but still substantive; we could include under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list Essential Functions as
. Non-Essential Functions maybe also list but could be omitted? It's still substantive; we could include as a separate list under Responsibilities? Might be okay to include as part of Responsibilities but label? Probably better to include as part of Responsibilities (both essential and non-essential). But we could separate: Responsibilities (Essential Functions) and Additional Duties (Non-Essential). However heading must be from list; we could use Responsibilities for essential functions and maybe Skills for competencies. Non-essential could be included under Responsibilities as well but maybe we can add a separate section "Additional Duties" but not in allowed headings; better to stick to allowed headings. So we can include non-essential under Responsibilities as a sublist? Could just include them in the same list. Equipment: maybe not needed as separate heading; could be included under Requirements? But it's not a requirement. Could be omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include Equipment info somewhere. Could be placed under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Could be a separate section but not in allowed headings; maybe we can put it under Requirements as "Equipment" but that's not a heading from list. However we could create a

under Requirements describing equipment. That's acceptable: we can add a paragraph after the list. Physical Requirements, Work environment, Opportunities for Telehealth Work, Local travel: these are also substantive. Could be included under Requirements or maybe under About the role? Could be a separate section but not in allowed headings. We could incorporate them into Requirements as additional details. Competencies: we will put under Skills as list. Thus structure:
