Behavioral Health Program Manager

Role: Outpatient Program Manager overseeing community-based behavioral health services. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, supervise staff, and ensure delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.Oversee caseload flow, conduct timely assessments, and develop treatment plans.Coordinate with residential and supported housing programs.Monitor quality, outcomes, and compliance with regulations and payer requirements.Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.Mentor clinicians and promote continuous learning.Partner with community agencies to expand access to mental health and housing stability services. Qualifications & Skills Experience in behavioral health services, clinic management, or similar roles.Strong leadership, supervision, and team-building skills.Knowledge of trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and payer standards.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
