Behavioral Health Program Administrator 194 (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, RN) - $10K Sign-on Bonus

The Administrator

The Administrator is a key position in driving the organization’s success. They are responsible for both clinical and financial success of their Program which contributes the overall success of both Telecare and those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and leading the team of people providing patient care
• Managing the business operations of the Program
• Ensuring successful management and leadership over the 4 Pillars of performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security
• Collaborating with all corporate functions and outside consultants and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups
• Participating in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe

Requirements

• Masters in Social Services with a CA LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or RN license
• Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in an inpatient Psych health care setting, Prefer Joint Commission experience
• Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy
• At least 21 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance
• Must be willing to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

Pay

Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Starting wage range is $167,575.26 - $206,959.57 Plus $10,000 Sign on bonus or relocation assistance.

Schedule

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday; days and hours could vary as this is an inpatient hospital. Will also include on call Rotation.
