Responsibilities

• Conducting DMH Intake Assessments and Clinical Diagnostic Evaluations
• Delivering family, individual, conjoint, and group therapy
• Collaborating with case managers, TBS workers, and interagency teams
• Meeting productivity goals and documentation timelines
• Championing strengths-based, culturally responsive care

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensure as AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist (active status with CA BBS or Board of Psychology)
• Valid California driver's license
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experience with severely emotionally disturbed youth (internship/practicum counts!)
• Familiarity with DMH documentation and Medi-Cal standards

Qualifications

• Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500/annually - $77,500/annually
• Licensed Therapist: $78,500/annually - $83,500/annually
• Pay range: $72,500/annually - $83,500/annually
• Geographical Stipend: $3,000
• Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
