Responsibilities

• Career as a Care Associate and play a critical role in the Behavioral Health Medicare review process, helping ensure timely, accurate communication and coordination for members and providers.
• Cook up and distribute accurate correspondence to members and providers.
• Support time-sensitive workflows while ensuring compliance with CMS and company requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective case processing.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and customer service.
• Help ensure review decisions are completed within mandated turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
• 2+ years of experience in the health insurance industry
• Customer service experience in healthcare and/or a behavioral health setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage regulated, time-sensitive work
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Behavioral Health experience supporting mental health populations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, resolve service challenges, and improve processes
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience scheduling and processing denials

Pay

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
